Job responsibilities:

Be responsible for the development of courseware;

Responsible for product and retail training of authorized stores;

Be responsible for post training assessment and feedback;

Improve training according to internal and external training feedback;

Be responsible for communication and coordination of training;

Cooperate with the implementation of national unified marketing activities organized by the company.

Job requirements:

College degree or above, with more than three years of training experience;

Experience in 3C digital industry and electric vehicle industry is preferred;

Have affinity; Be generous in speech and behavior;

Cheerful and optimistic, able to work under pressure and willing to accept challenges

Have good professional habits, and can skillfully operate common office software;

Able to travel frequently.
